December Programs for Children

Join us for festive storytimes and events in December.   Santa Claus will make his annual stop at Freeman Library on Thursday, December 13 from  5:30-7:00 pm.  Parents are encouraged to bring a camera to take a picture of their child with Santa.  This program is recommended for children from infants to 12 years old.  Tickets are required.  They are free and available from the Kids Information Desk starting 30 minutes before the program.  The tickets will be numbered and the children will be called up to meet Santa Claus in numeric order.

Freeman Library continues its gingerbread house tradition.  This year we will decorate gingerbread houses - using milk cartons, graham crackers, icing and lots of candies!  There will be three sessions of the program: Thursday,  December 20 at 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm;  and Friday, December 21 at 2:30 pm.  This is a free program recommended for children from 3 to 12 years old.  Tickets are required.  They are given out from the Kids Information Desk starting 30 minutes before the program.
