Fun4Seniors March Excursion Trips at Kingwood Branch Library

Kingwood Branch Library is continuing its partnership with Harris County Precinct 4's Senior Adult Program to offer  Fun4Seniors Excursion Trips for library customers in March 2014.

Participating is simple. Participants must be 50 years and better and must register for trips by calling 281-893-3726. All trips depart from and return to Kingwood Branch Library located at 4400 Bens View Lane, Kingwood TX 77339. Transportation is free and lunch is on your own. Some destinations require an admission fee. Please note trips may be canceled due to lack of registrants." So be sure to tell others and invite a friend!

The following trips will take place in March:

Wednesday, March 5 at 8:00 AM: Kleb Woods Nature Preserve. Travel back to the early 20th Century at this historical family farm. See how farmers lived and worked. Admission is free with lunch on your own at Mel's Country Café.

Friday, March 28 at 8:00 AM: George Ranch Historical Park. Enjoy a guided tour of this living history museum. The cost is $20 and includes a hearty chuck wagon lunch with cobbler for dessert!
