The grand opening ceremonies

The grand opening ceremonies begin at 10:00 on Tuesday, June 28th.  We will have special storytimes at 11 and 11:30, Happy the Clown from 1-2, face painting from 2-3, Marsha's petting zoo (outside, of course) from 2-4, a water balloon battle (outside again!) at 4, and a performance by the Bay Area Bluegrass Association from 7-8:30.  Teen gaming will be going on from 11-6 in the teen activities room and we'll have a technology petting zoo on hand in the computer lab all day.

We don't usually post new hours permanently on the branch page until the library is open, just to avoid confusion.  After June 28th, the new Evelyn Meador Branch Library schedule will be:  Saturday 10-5, Sunday Closed, Monday 10-7, Tuesday 10-9, Wednesday 10-7, Thursday 1-7, and Friday 1-6.
