Gulf Coast Reads Author Stephen Harrigan at Museum of Fine Arts - Houston

Gulf Coast Reads, Harris County Public Library and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston invite you to a special evening with author, Stephen Harrigan at the MFAH on Thursday, October 23 at 7:00 p.m.

After introducing and reading from his novel, Remember Ben Clayton, Mr. Harrigan will sit for a lively and wide-ranging conversation with Houston Chronicle columnist and features writer, Lisa Gray, to be followed by a Q and A with the audience.

In addition to Gulf Coast Reads 2014 selection, Remember Ben Clayton, Stephen Harrigan is the author of New York Times Best Seller and Notable Book, The Gates of the Alamo. He has earned numerous awards for both his fiction and nonfiction work, and is currently a faculty fellow at the University of Texas' James A. Michener Center for Writers, as well as Texas Monthly's writer-at-large.

MFAH is located 1001 Bissonnet in Houston. The event will be held in the Brown Auditorium. Use the Main Street entrance or enter through the Beck Building. Click here for a map of the MFAH campus.
