Houston Audubon Society is Wild About Texas!

The Houston Audubon Society visits Freeman Library this afternoon for two shows of "Wild About Texas" at 2:30 & 3:30 pm.   This program is recommended for children 5 years and older.   The children will learn about the wide variety of animals who call Texas home.  They'll also get to see some amazing animals up close.

Tickets are required for this program. They are free and distributed starting 30 minutes before each program.  Our summer programs are well-attended, so we recommend that children and their adult arrive 15-20 minutes before the tickets are to be distributed.   Freeman Library opens at 1 pm on Thursdays.

This program along with our other Thursday programs this summer are supported by the generous donations of the Friends of Freeman Library.
