The Intelligence 1-2-3's

Yesterday the Jacinto City Library hosted the “Para los Niños” program sponsored by the Children’s Museum. This week the program focused on how your child learns and the eight different areas of intelligence, which include:

·         Visual intelligence                            ·       People intelligence
·         Musical intelligence                          ·         Number intelligence      
·         Natural intelligence                          ·         Word intelligence
·        Personal intelligence                         ·         Physical intelligence

 

 
It is very important for parents to know every child has a set of unique abilities and they should be commended for those abilities. Although children may not seem like they do, they yearn to be praised. Whether it is a chore they did or a good grade they received, children need to be told they did an awesome job.
