Abracadabra, Hocus Pocus, Presto Chango, Shazam...VOILA!

I am excited to announce that the Atascocita Branch Library, summer reading kick off celebration, will highlight the talents of magician Steve Burton! Audience participation will be encourage, and the program will include live animals, comedy, music and special treats for all his helpers.

  •  Children may visit the Atascocita Branch Library on June 7th @ 3:30 pm  for this exciting and fun program. 
  •  Free tickets are available a half hour before the program.  
  •  Children must be able to sit through the event  without an adult.
  •  Space is limited for all programs. 
I have also created a booklist of magic books that you might enjoy. These items are a perfect start for our Summer Reading Program. Starting Friday, June 4th, families may register online at our website, or at any Harris County Public Library.  If you have any questions or need help please feel free to ask a staff member.
