National Geographic Adventurer Jennifer Pharr Davis

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, April 8th, at 7:00 PM at Evelyn Meador or  Wednesday, April 9th, at 7:00 PM at Freeman! As a part of Freeman Library's continuing celebration of 50 years of service to the Clear Lake area, Freeman Branch Library, along with Evelyn Meador Library, are pleased to host Jennifer Pharr Davis, hiker, author, speaker, and 2012 National Geographic Adventurer of the Year!  Davis holds the record for hiking the entire Appalachian Trail in just over 40 days, is the author of the books Becoming Odyssa and Called Again, and is the subject of the book 46 Days, by her husband, Brew Davis.
