  • Travel not just to India but back to childhood with the Classic Cinema Club on Wednesday, May 5, at 2 PM, as we watch a beloved animated film. Call the library for title information.
  • Join our Evening Book Club on Monday, May 10, at 6:30 PM, and discuss the novel Nectar in a Sieve by Kamala Markandaya. This acclaimed book set in India was named Notable Book of 1955 by the American Library Association.
  • Don’t miss our special Asian Lights family storytime on Wednesday, May 12, at 6:30 PM. We’ll listen to stories by favorite Asian authors and illustrators and enjoy a craft and refreshments.
  • Teen craft time on Saturday, May 22, at 2 PM, will celebrate Asian Pacific Heritage Month with a special program. Make sure to mark your calendar for this event.
