I'm sad to hear that Passport

I'm sad to hear that Passport Services will no longer be available at the local Libraries. I took advantage of this service and I recommended it to several of my friends. I hope the District Clerk's Office will once again decide this is a good service and will offer it again!

HCPL is currently looking

HCPL is currently looking into other ways to resume passport services. We do not have anything to announce yet, but will keep you posted.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this!

That's sad Passport Services

That's sad Passport Services will no longer be available at HCPL locations. I renewed on a few years ago at the Bush Library and it was efficient and helpful. Evidently it was too reasonable, because it's being shut down. It certainly beat going downtown or to a local USPS office. May have saved money - another reason for the government to shut it down. Going downtown or the USPS office is more like the County Clerk office. Their open from 8 to 5 and people show up with books and chairs because they know its gonna so long...

We have heard from many

We have heard from many people who have expressed similar feelings. As we said in the article, we hope to renew the partnership with the District Clerk's Office in the future. Thank you for reaching out to us.
