Programs this Week

Summer programming has officially started at the Katy Library.  We have added a number of programs for you to enjoy throughout the summer, in addition to our Summer Reading Program, "Build a Better World" which you can register for here.

Here are a few highlights of programs this week at the Katy Library.

Monday:  2:30 pm  Tween/Teen progam:  Anime Drawing    Learn to draw anime with local artist Bob Doll.  Ages 10+

Tuesday:     2:30 pm Children's Program:  Geebo the Clown  Geebo will entertain us with magic and comedy.        

                     4:30 pm  Young Adult Book Club    The book club will be discussing "Ungifted" by Gordon Korman.

                     4:30pm   Computer Class:  Resume Building and Online Job Resources

Wednesday:  10:00am Teen Summer Volunteer Orientation  All teen volunteers must attend orientation.        

                                            Applications are available at the desk.  

                          4:30pm Kid's Craft:  Spend the afternoon making a craft.  School age children.  

                          6:00pm Para los Ninos Bilingual Storytime and Literacy Program

Thursday: 3:00pm Adult Program: Build a Better Bookmark    Spend the afternoon crafting your own special                                                                                                                                 bookmark

Friday: 3:00pm Teen Program:  Anime Club  Come talk about all things anime and manga!
