Self-taught Local Artist Danielle Zavala

Born May 8, 1984 in Houston, Texas, and raised by my loving parents Velma and Ruben.  I have two younger siblings, Jonathan and Nina.  I am currently a resident of Seabrook Texas with my beautiful daughter, Delilah, and my partner Chad.  I began drawing at the age of 12 years old by creating a mural on my bedroom wall, and art soon became my life’s passion.  I use pencil, pen, pastels, watercolors and acrylics to create pictures of anime, animals, the supernatural and oriental subjects.  I have no formal training…just the love of ART. -- Danielle Zavala
