Skate the City
When was the last time you strapped on a pair of roller skates or inlines? If you can't remember, it's been too long! October is National Roller Skating Month, so get outside or visit your local rink. Once you do, you will remember how much fun it is to skate. And you won't even realize you're burning around 350-550 calories every single hour. It's a fun way to burn off all those snack size candy bars you know you'll be eating this Halloween!
