Summer Science in June at the Parker Williams Branch Library

Looking for some science for your little guys and gals? Science Explorers is a science programs for kids 5 and up to explore basic scientific principles. Come on down to the Parker Williams Branch Library on Tuesday, June 19th at 10:30 AM. This month, we will be exploring the volume of water through liquid measurements.

 

 Wednesday, June 20th at 5 PM – STEM Time -- Sound Amplifiers [8+]

Not only do libraries rock, but science does to. Rock and roll wouldn’t be as loud and in charge if it wasn’t for amplifiers. Join us in the Library Community Room on Wednesday, June 20th at 5 PM to learn about how sound amplifiers work and how to make a simple amplifier for yourself.
