search time-out to research titles and reserve online is way too short and re-signing in again is awkward (i.e ) tedious. Then,when you get a subject search area it wastes time getting back to the previous area. Clunky...

Thanks for the feedback.  Can you tell me which pages specifically you are using in the HCPL website or the LSC website?  Catalog?  A specific database?  This will help us in testing and improving those areas.
