Taking the Library to the Streets: HCPL Coming to a Festival Near You

It's springtime in Houston and that means festivals and fun galore in the great outdoors. Harris County Public Library's  Outreach Team and Curiosity Cruiser with Owlbotron and Northtale will be making the rounds in the coming weeks and we want to see you!
