Teen Events this Week!

It's a busy week at the library for teens!

First, if you’re a teen and interested in earning volunteer hours at the library by helping with programs, then the Teen Advisory Group (TAG) is the place to be! Join TAG and meet up with other teens to work together to help plan teen programs, decorate the teen room, and make buttons for the monthly button battles. This month’s meeting will be on Monday, November 12, from 4:45-5:45 PM. We meet in the Teen Game Room.

Second, there is still a few spaces left for our DIY Bath Bombs for teens and their parents or guardians. Add some scented fizzy fun to your relaxing bath, or give them away as a gift! Program meets on Tuesday, November 13, from 4:30-5:30 PM, in the Meeting Room. Registration is required. Please call the library at 832-927-7830, or register online.

Third, ready to relax a bit and watch a movie with friends? Come by the Teen Game Room on Thursday, November 15, at 6:00-8:15 PM to watch Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Snacks provided. (© 2016, Warner Bros, PG-13)

Lastly, calling all gamers! Do you have what it takes to finish the race? A teen Mario Kart Wii Tournament will be held on Saturday, November 17, from 2:00-4:00 PM, in the Teen Game Room. Join the race for a chance to win a prize! Online Registration is recommended. Register online or contact the library at 832-927-7830.
