Paul Bunyan Day is June 28th. Who is Paul Bunyan? According to American Folklore, Paul Bunyan was a giant lumberjack who traveled the country with his blue ox, Babe. He is credited for many legendary feats:

He started logging in the U.S.
He dug the great lakes to water Babe.
He cleared North and South Dakota for farming.
He trained Carpenter Ants to do logging work.
