We Learn Something New Every Day

You don’t have to go to college to learn something new, but today I am going to teach you a few things you may not have known about the college.
First of all, you do not have to have a college card nor be a student to check out items at Lone Star College Library - North Harris County Branch. They also do have a small, but nice children’s collection.
The other useful tool is, you can get on a computer at the college even if you are not a student and do not have a student card. As long as you have your I.D. you are good to go, but if you have your Harris County card or know it by heart, that is even better.  If you have forgotten your pin number, you can make one up for this process.  Once you are set up with your “guest account”, you can log on to any open computer.  They are located on the 3rd floor of the library building.  Any other questions you may have with logging on and printing can be answered by the wonderful and friendly staff of Lone Star.  You can also drop by the second floor of the college library at room LB210 and see Baldwin Boettcher’s hold and check out station.  We would love to see you!
