Yoga and Meditation for Health and Peace
Discover your inner strength, wisdom and joy with yoga this Saturday.
Join your host Gayathri and Murali as they demonstrate:
- Centering meditation to improve your ability to focus and increase awareness
- Asanas (physical postures) to improve flexibility and awaken body intelligence
- Pranayama or breathing technique
Yoga workshops are free and Open to everyone – community members, college employees and students.
Saturdays: 11/16, 12/7, 12/14
8:00am – 10:00am
Dance Studio, Student Center (next to Fitness Center)
Recommended: participants should bring Yoga mats, water bottle & wear
comfortable attire for stretching.
