We used the IE Toolbar Builder from BestToolbars.net to build our toolbar.

Do I need to be technically savvy to build a toolbar for my library?
No, you can point and click your way to a working toolbar is a very short period of time.
How have your customers responded to the toolbar?
We have received many emails from customers thanking us for adding the toolbar to our site.
Have you had any problems with the software?
There have been a few cases where staff have reported performance decreases when the toolbar was installed on their computers. We have never received one complaint from our customers regarding this however.
Software compatibility problems.
We noticed a compatibility issue on computers with Adobe Acrobat Reader v7 installed. When viewing a PDF inside of IE ( with our toolbar installed ) there have been reports of IE crashing with attempting to close the browser.
