Teen National Library Week & Recycled Craft Project

Make and take craft:  Join us as we celebrate National Library Week with a recycled craft project.  Bring your creativity, clean reusable objects (beads, string, old stamps, magazines, plastic or glass containers, etc.)  Library books will be available to help generate ideas.  The program will be held in the second floor Conference Room.  Remember to pre-register either in person at any reference desk, or with a call to the library 832-559-4200 as supplies and space are limited.  Recommended for teens.

History of Tomball - Slides & Lecture

Leslie Upchurch, author of Welcome to Tomball will present a slide show and lecture on the history of Tomball.  Immediately following the lecture, Mrs. Upchurch will sign copies of her book.  Copies of the new printing, which includes an index, will be available for  purchase through the Friends of Tomball Library, or you may bring your older copy for signing.  Meet in the first floor Meeting Room.  Light refreshments will be served.  Adult program.
