2017 Summer ReadingSummer is here! That means it’s time for HCPL’s Summer Reading Program. Everybody from babies to old folks can join in by (1) registering on our web site, (2) logging books that you read and activities that you do, and (3) getting rewards! Kid’s Café - Free Lunches for Kids

Food bankThis summer, HCPL and the Houston Food Bank are offering free lunches on certain days of the week for children age 18 and under. At the Aldine location, we offer lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00-1:00 pm, while supplies last. All children are welcome.
