Do you want to become more active and get in shape but you are limited on time? Don’t worry, we have a solution for you that will only take 35 minutes. We are now offering 2 morning indoor walking exercises programs in addition to our weekly afternoon program. Morning sessions are Thursday, January 4th and Thursday, January 18th at 10 am. Afternoon sessions are every Wednesday at 4 pm. So don’t delay, grab your tennis shoes and join us in the Galena Park Library meeting room for some exercise fun!
