Do you like to read and discuss books? Then join the Galena Parks Book Club! For the month of January we will be reading “The Paris Architect” by Charles Belfoure. A thrilling story set in Paris in 1942, where a talented architect accepts a well paid architectural project that might get him killed. He must design a secret hiding place for a Jewish man so invisible that even the most cleaver and determined Nazi will not be able to see.

Mindbenders

Hey kids!! Do you need some help or just some quiet time for your homework?! We have the thing for you, MINDBENDERS! Come after school from 3-4pm to get a little help, whether you need a pencil, glue, colors or even a quick print out we got you covered. This program is recommended for school age children. See program calendar for dates. Sock Snowmen @ Your Library

 Are you ready for the Holidays? Do you have all your decorations or gifts done? If not, don’t worry! Join us at the Galena Park Branch Library for our Adult Craft Program. We will be making a very cute sock snowman that will fill your home with winter and holiday cheer. This program is designed for adults 18 and up. All material will be provided while supplies last. A wonderful story told through the eyes of Enzo the dog. The group will be getting together on Monday December 28th at 4 pm in the meeting room to discuss this heartwarming story.
