Do you want to help the planet? Then join us this Thursday, August 14th at 3:00 PM in the Public Meeting Room for a down to earth program. Trees for Houston will be showing us how important it is to plant and protect trees in our neighborhood. We are going to have fun planting seeds and helping our planet.

Do you want to understand science like a real scientist? Then come explore the mysteries of Static Electricity, Newtonian Physics and Squishy Circuits this Thursday, August 7th at 3pm in the Alvin D Baggett Community Center. Hope to see you there!

Discovering Dinosaurs

Come and learn fascinating facts about these huge extinct animals this Thursday, July 31st at 3:00 pm in the Public Meeting Room. A Docent from the Houston Museum of Natural Science will bring incredible artifacts, bones, and fossils for you to explore the ancient world of these great reptiles.

Teen Time: Game Day

The Summer Reading Program is almost ending. We will be speeding towards the finish line with a thrilling car racing video game Monday, July 29th at 3:00 pm in the Public Meeting Room. So bring your friends and see how fast you can go. This program is recommended for teens 12-18 years. 

Ms. Frizzle's Extraordinary Bees

Come meet our favorite teacher, Ms. Frizzle, from the book series “The Magic School Bus” this Thursday, July 24th at 3:00 pm in the Public Meeting Room. She will be taking us on a magic adventure to the wonderful world of bees. Come explore what it is like inside a beehive and the amazing job bees do. Hope to see you there!
