Veterans Day Speaker Connects with JC & GP Communities

On Veterans Day, November 11th, Galena Park and Jacinto City libraries had a great turn out of kids and adults who came out to hear what LCpl Gary T. Denton had to say about life during and after the Iraq War.

At Galena Park, Mr. Denton answered some great questions the kids asked regarding Marine Corps and combat life and how to support their Veteran family members.  The kids also got to see an Iraqi flag that was captured at the Battle of Fallujah and take home some Iraqi Dinar (paper money).
