StrawplaneStep aside, paper airplanes…strawplanes were where it’s at!  Kids of all ages, join us for Build It on Thursday, August 22nd at 10:30 AM.  You’ll be crafting your very own strawplane to take home and fly (pending your parent’s approval)!

Tweener's Book Club!

Come and join our brand new tween book club.  The club is for kids in grades 4-8 and will be meeting once a month on Thursdays at 4:30pm.  Our first meeting will be on September 26 and our book will be Getting Air by Dan Gutman.  We have the books reserved for the club so come and get your copy now!

Newspaper Forts!

Newspaper FortEnd summer on a high note with our LAST Summer Special Craft!  On Tuesday, August 6th at 3:00 PM we’ll be constructing newspaper forts!  This program is recommended for ages 6-12 and families are welcome.  A free ticket is required for admittance and will be available one hour prior to the start of the program.  First come, first served.

Travel on an Airship!

Come and create this steampunk bracelet while watching a steampuk style movie with the always amazing Sean Connery.  The program starts at 3:30 pm on Monday, August 5.  The movie is rated PG-13 and all teens are invited.

 

Then on Thursday join us for another movie about pirates, airships, treasure, and adventure at 3:00 pm. The movie is rated PG and everyone is welcome. 

Absorbing Art

Absorbinb ArtworkJoin us for our next Summer Reading Program Special Craft, Absorbing Artwork!  This art and science activity will have your child use salt, glue, and food coloring to create their very own 3-D artwork.  This program will take place Tuesday, July 30th at 3:00 PM and is recommended for ages 6-12.  Families welcome.  A free ticket is required for admittance and will available one hour prior to the start of the program.  First come, first served.
