This Week's Storytimes

If you have visited our library in the past few days, you have probably noticed that we are in the process of receiving a new coat of paint. Because of this, our regular Preschool Storytime, Toddler Times, and Infant Storytimes are cancelled the week of May 2nd -6th.

Instead, we will be hosting Family Storytimes for kids of all ages on Wednesday, May 4th, and Thursday, May 5th at 11:15 AM at Clay’s Restaurant. Clay’s Restaurant is located on 17717 Clay Road, and opens at 11 AM. Thank you to Clay's for allowing us to hold our storytimes at their location this week!

We appreciate your understanding, and we hope to see you there!

A Fresh Coat of Paint for the Library

Pardon our mess! Our library is getting a much-needed new coat of paint.  While the painting is in progress, please be aware that there will be strong fumes in the air.  Anyone who may be sensitive or allergic to the fumes may wish to try one of the other nearby libraries such as Cy-Fair, Katy, or Maud Marks until our paint job is complete.

You may also encounter difficulties looking for some items as shelves are removed to allow the painters to access all of our walls.  Please ask our staff and we will try to help you find what you are looking for.  We’re hoping that all of the painting is finished quickly and that things will go back to normal with new, improved paint.
