Come Enjoy Chess at the Katherine Tyra @ Bear Creek Library, Friday August 18

chessWhat is so great about playing chess? The answer is: a lot. Research states that playing chess improves both creativity and memory functions in the brain.  It uses both sides of the brain and improves problem-solving skills.  More than that, it is a fun game to share with a friend.

Please join us on Friday, August 18 at 3:00 PM at the Katherine Tyra @ Bear Creek Library to enjoy a game of chess.  The boards will be set up in our foreign language area  waiting for some friendly competition.
