The Katy Branch Library will be open from 1:00 pm TO 8:00 pm on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31.  Stop by the library for a sweet treat, check out our decorated pumpkins and say hello to Sherlock Bones.       

   

Howl A Ween Tonight!

Take your furry friend trick or treating tonight at 6:00pm at the City of Katy "Howl a Ween at the Dog Park."  You can even enter Fido in a costume contest!  Price of admission?  A bag of dog food to be donated to a local shelter.  For more details, contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 281-391-4840.

Gulf Coast Reads - Movie & ScrabbleFest

Extremely Loud & Incredibly CloseSaturday, 10/27 - put it on your calendar!  We'll be celebrating the 2012 Gulf Coast Read book, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, in another way: a showing of the movie at 11:00am followed by a ScrabbleFest at 1:30pm.  Stop in for one or both.
