April Showers Brings...

"Mysterious Mondays:"  Join Miss Elizabeth on Monday, 4/4 at 4 pm to make "Magic Color Scratch " bookmarks in the Children's Activity Room.

"Thrilling Thursdays:"   Kids can join Miss Christie Thursday, 4/7 at 4 pm for ZumbAtomic exercise/dance fun in the Community Room just to the right  inside the lobby.

"Fabulous Fridays at the Movies":  Friday, 4/8 at 4 pm in the Children"s Acitivity Room there will be free popcorn and family-friendly movies.

ZumbAtomic: Thursday, April 7th at 4 pm

 The first Thursday of every month is ZumbAtomic FREE at the Kingwood Library. ZumbAtomic, designed especially for children ages 4-12 is a fun, energetic fitness party which incorporates urban dance styles like hip hop, reggaeton and pop with concepts such as coordination, discipline, confidence and teamwork. . Parents and siblings are welcome and encouraged to join  the fun.

Free AARP Tax Help

Tax season is nearly over, and there isn't much time left to file!  Representatives from the AARP have been here on Wednesdays for the last couple of months, in case you hadn't heard, and they'll be here for at least a couple more weeks.  Although all other library services will be closed, show up at our front door between now and April 13th on a Wednesday between 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. and head to the Community Room just inside to the right.  The earlier you arrive the better, since representatives have to finish at 2:00 P.M.  Be sure to take advantage of this free service here at your library!

Author Book Talk - Dr. Donnita Rogers
