Honoring Veterans Who Served!

Not just an Holiday! But a day of Remembering the fallen as well as those who are currently serving in the Military. Let's take the time to honor the men and women who served in the Armed Forces by creating a "Remember Veterans" bracelet on  November 10th @ 4:30 pm in the Teen Area, Kingwood Branch Library.  

 

Discovery Thursday - Explorers

Discovery Join us Thursday, November 6th, at 4:00pm in the Children's Activity Room for our next Discovery Thursday program.  This week we will learn about all kinds of Explorers.  Each week we discover something new with a craft or activity so join in on the fun!

Tree Gardening and Care program this Saturday

In this program, you will learn best trees for Texas climate and soil as well as best practice for maintaining and caring for your trees.

This program is free and open to the public. No registration is required.

Resumes and Cover Letters

On Tuesday, November 4, Workforce Solutions will be on hand to provide tips and advice on developing and polishing your resume and cover letter.  This free workshop will be held in our Computer Lab from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.  For more information or to register, contact the library at 281-360-6804 or stop by the Adult Services information desk.
