CHILDREN’S WEEKLY RUN-DOWN! Happy National Library week! This week we have a special visit from the amazing storyteller Aileen Kirkham and her program “A Universe of Stories.” Join us on Wednesday the 10th @ 4 PM for this National Library Week celebration.

Our school year programming continues at Full Steam Ahead! Our weekly STEAM activity is this Thursday @ 4 PM. 

SAGE: Cricut & Silhouette Cameo: What are they?

Have you seen a Cricut machine or a Silhouette Cameo? Not sure what they do? Then join SAGE at the Kingwood Library on Tues 4/4 at 10 am in the Meeting Room. Our guest, Myriam Nielsen, will answer the questions “What do these machines do? Why do I need one? Which one to buy?"

Kingwood Photo Club - Editing with Luminar & Aurora

Digital editing? Photoshop & Lightroom come to mind. However, there are other options: Luminar & Aurora. Join the Kingwood Photo Club @ #KingwoodLibrary on Sat 4/6 from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM in the Computer Lab to get tips on how to use these photo editing alternatives.

CHILDREN’S WEEKLY RUN-DOWN! Our school year programming continues at Full Steam Ahead! Our weekly STEAM activity is this Thursday @ 4 PM. 

Our Story times continue as normal! Be here for Toddler Time on Tuesday @ 10 AM and @ 10:30 AM, Infant Lapsit Storytime @ 11:15 AM on Tuesday and Thursday, and Preschool Storytime on Wednesday @ 11 AM. We also have our Family Storytime presented on Saturday @ 10:30 where you can enjoy stories and a craft! Tickets required upon entry for Infant Lapsit, Toddler Time, and Preschool Storytime. Pick up your free ticket at the Children's Reference Desk before entering your story time. Tickets are limited and will be available the day of the scheduled event.

FREE Citizenship Classes @ Kingwood Library

Kingwood Library is offering a free 11-week course to prepare individuals for the United States citizenship exam. The classes began Sat 3/23 & run through Sat 6/1. Students can register for the classes up until Sat 3/30. Sign up today by calling the library at 832-927-7830.
