Teen 3D Printer Open Lab - April 1 @ 2:30 PM

Teens can come by our 3D Printer Open Lab to learn the basics of TinkerCAD, an online 3D design website, to create their own 3D objects to print out. The Open Lab will be held on Saturday, April 1, from 2:30-3:30 PM in the Computer Lab.

The 3D printer open lab is part of Codename Gener8, a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)-focused program for teens.

This program is for teens and tweens in grades 6-12. Get updates texted to your phone by texting @kwteens at 81010. Service is free and confidential; standard text message rates apply.

Downloadable eBooks

This tweet from Harris County Public Library makes a good point:  eBooks are convenient when traveling, especially when real estate (i.e. luggage space) is at stake.

Downloadable eBooks are available 24 / 7 at our eHCPL site.

Not sure how it all works? Kingwood Library is offering an evening eBooks for iPad class on April 19th from 6:30 PM- 8:00 PM. You can register for the class here.
