KSAP's Friday Cultural Film

Join us Friday, February 26, 2016 at 10 AM and watch Tyler Perry’s Madea's Family Reunion.  A no nonsense grandmother and cantankerous elderly “lady” (played by Perry)   who deals with very issues regarding rich controlling men and victimized women.

Learn about the 1964 civil rights project organized by women for women this Saturday, February 13th at 10:30 AM

UH WIMSIn honor of Black History Month, Kingwood Branch Library invites the community to learn about the history of Wednesdays in Mississippi (WIMS), the only civil rights project organized by women for women this Saturday, February 13th at 10:30 AM in the Meeting Room. All ages are welcome to attend; no registration is required; light refreshments will be provided by FOLK.

We’re celebrating the Chinese New Year at this month’s Anime Club! Say goodbye to the Year of the Sheep and ring in the Year of the Monkey on Tuesday, February 9, 4:30-5:30 in the Meeting Room. We’ll have crafts and games to celebrate!
