Adult Crafternoon: Inspirational Love Sign

Love SignLove is in the air and this week's Adult Crafternoon is no exception. On Friday, February 14th at 2:30 PM, adults are invited to make their own Love sign using wire and yarn. This program is free and limited to 8 adults.  All supplies are provided courtesy of Friends of the Library Kingwood and available on a first come, first serve basis.

Martyrology this Thursday @ 4 PM

HeartBe sure to join us Thursday, February 13th, at 4:00 PM in the Children's Activity Room for the next "Ology" program!  We will be learning about Martyrology, the study of martyrs.  Learn a little about the history of Valentine's Day, important martyrs, and enjoy making crafts!

African-American Folklore - Monday @ 4 PM

Black History MonthJoin us this Monday, February 10th, at 4:00 PM in the Children's Area for a special storytelling program!  In honor of Black History Month, Express Children's Theatre will present a storytelling performance of African-American Folklore.

Humble History & Book Signing !

Come join us this Saturday on February 8th for a presentation and book signing of "Images of America - Humble", by Dr. Robert Meaux and the Humble Museum.  Highlights will cover the early history of Humble, Texas, from the development of area sawmills through the oil booms. This free presentation will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the Meeting Room.
