"March Goes Out Like a Lion" Crafts for Children

 March came "in like a lamb" and is going "out like a lion,"  and our school age children will be making lion crafts on Monday, March 26 at 4 pm and Thursday, March 29, at 4 pm. Check out our crafters on our Kingwood Branch pictures.  

Mother Goose Lapsit, for babies up to 18 months, with Miss Sunni is on Tuesdays at 11:15 am and Thursdays at 11:00 am.  Our new Family Story Time is Saturdays at 3 pm.

First Week of Spring Children's Activities

Mysterious Monday Craft for Monday, March 19, at 4 pm will be pinwheels. Dragoneers will meet Thursday, March 22, at 4 pm with a craft and snacks. Toddler Times are at 10:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Children's Activity Room. The first day of spring is Tuesday, March 20

Master Gardener at the Kingwood Library

Come join Master Gardener Gudrun Opperman to learn how to add vegetables and herbs to your landscape for healthy, organic foods. This free program will be presented on Saturday, March 10 at 10:30 am in the Meeting Room.

Spring Break - St. Patrick's Day Crafts - Bunnies Program

Mysterious Monday, on March 12, at 4 pm will be a shamrock craft.  The Nature Discovery Center will present "Bunny Buddies" on Tuesday, March 13, at 10 am in the Kingwood Branch Meeting Room. Our monthly toddler craft time will be Thursday, March 15, at 10:30 am and 2:20 pm in the Children's Activity Room. On Saturday, March 17, at 3 pm is our Family Storytime which is stories read and a simple craft.
