Summer Teen Volunteers

Applications for summer teen volunteers are available at the information desk thru May 20th.  Students going into 7th grade and above can earn service hours  and gain experience working at a library. Students can choose between two different sessions, June 5-July 8 or July 10-August 12. They must attend an orientation either June 2 for the first session or July 7 for the second session.  Call the library if you have any questions, 281-492-8592.

TeenMakers: Learn Origami!

May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and we're celebrating! During our TeenMakers program, from 3:30 PM - 4:45 PM, we will be learning the art of origami. Due to limited supplies this is a ticketed program with tickets available beginning at 3:15 PM.

The Apple iPad!

Do you have a brand new iPad? Next Tuesday on May 16th at 7:00 PM, the Maud Smith Marks Library will be offering a computer class on the Apple iPad.
