In difficult economic times, getting "Money Smart" is more important than ever. Each April, the FDIC sponsors free financial education events around Houston with a goal of helping consumers learn about savings and money management on any number of topics.

St. Patrick's Day Craft

Looking for something fun to do during Spring Break?  Come to the library on Wednesday, March 16th @ 2:30 for a fun St. Patrick's Day craft!  We will be creating Lucky Leprechaun Puppets.  See you there!

Book Sale this weekend

Are your bookshelves looking a little bare?  Then fill them up with goodies at this weekend's Friends of North Channel Library Book Sale!  All day Friday, Saturday, and Monday our meeting room will be transformed into our monthy book sale.  All funds raised from the book sale go directly to the North Channel Library and help fund children's programs, buy books, and other materials needed by the library.  So check us out this weekend and thank you for your support!
