Teens: Gear Up for Cosplay Chess

Teens, put on your best cosplay or costume and become a living chess piece. You don't need to know anything about chess, just dress up and let the game masters determine your fate! Registration begins at 5:30pm and the game is at 6pm.

Teens: Can You Survive the Homecoming Horror?

Flashback to the 1980's, the Class of 1989 is celebrating their last Homecoming with a party in the library on Friday the 13th, the most cursed night of the year. Little do they know, crazed killers have escaped from the local prison for the insane intent on crashing their party. Can you survive the night and escape from the Homecoming Horror?
This event is open to teens ages 12-18 years old. Permissions slips and registration is required. Once a permission slip is submitted to the library, you will be officially registered for the program.

Teens: Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with The Art of the The Day of the Dead

The Day of the Dead may be next month, but it's not too early to learn about the traditions and art of the upcoming holiday celebrated throughout Mexico. Create a Day of the Dead skull mask and color wooden calacas (skeletons). This program is for ages 12-18.
