Eat healthy all week long! Join us as we get together to prepare 5 salads in a jar and gain a bit more knowledge of the importance of eating your fruits and veggies!
We will have a small presentation, pack our jars, and share some simple ways to improve your health.
Bring two salad ingredients and five Mason jars. Come build five healthy meals for the week.
