Regular Hours Resume September 8

During the heat emergency this summer, branches opened at 10 AM Monday-Friday. Regular hours resume for all branch locations on Tuesday, September 8.  Regular hours are listed on each branch page as well as the main locations page.

Our Final Friday Family Movie of the Summer!!!

Can ya smell what Octavia's cooking??? Popcorn!! That's right folks, join us for the Final Friday Family movie on Friday, August 21, 2009. We'll be showing a very recently released dvd, with one of your favorite pro wrestler's turned actor. There are 196 requests for it, but you can see it HERE at 2:30 pm, the last Friday before school. And we provide the popcorn!!

Blue Bonnet Book Club

  Billie Bailey, our children's librarian, would like to start a Blue Bonnet Reading Club for home schooled children from 3rd grade to 6th grade.   Starting sometime in September, it will be an opportunity for home schooled children to meet and discuss award winning novels with their peers.  Please contact Ms Billie via email at bbailey@hcpl.netSmile
