HERO&S Foundation Nutrition and Exercise Seminar January 7th @ 10:30 AM [10+]

     As we start a new year, some of us want a new start with our health. HERO&S Foundation is a local 501(3)c non-profit organization dedicated to educating and promoting a healthy eating lifestyle and practical physical fitness routines to youth, first responders, military, and the general public.

     Please join us on January 7th at 10:30 AM in Room 3 of the Parker Williams Branch for a seminar on eating right and exercise for the whole family library.

Teen DIY & A Movie – Ghostbusters (PG-13) 120 min. & Ectoplasmic Slime December 19th @ 3:00 PM [13+]

     If you are afraid that the ghost of Christmas Past, Present, or Future might be after you, join us in watching the Ghostbuster team figure out how to detect, hunt and trap those pesky ghosts. Just so you don’t leave without some paranormal evidence, we’ll be making ectoplasmic slime.

Community Craft – Winter Wonderland Craft 16th @ 3-5 PM [6+]

    To kick off the winter season, our Community Craft project will be aimed at creating a winter wonderland from a jar. Come join us to see the different ways you can set the mood in your home with just a jar.
