Join us for Baby Time at South Houston Library. Baby Time is taking place every Thursday in October at 10:30 a.m. We sing songs, play games, and have fun!

Don’t how to use your computer? Are you struggling to figure out how to use Microsoft Word or Excel?   We can help! We offer computer classes free of charge. Registration is highly recommended because classes fill up fast. Call us for more information!

Regular Hours Resume September 8

During the heat emergency this summer, branches opened at 10 AM Monday-Friday. Regular hours resume for all branch locations on Tuesday, September 8.  Regular hours are listed on each branch page as well as the main locations page.

Garage Sale | Venta de Garaje

The Friends of South Houston Library are accepting donations for their garage sale.   The date of the sale is September 12, 2009. We are very excited about this event because all of the money raised will go to benefit the South Houston Library. You can bring in gently worn clothes, toys, and household items. We appreciate everything that has been donated so far. Save the date and join us at the garage sale!
