Read to the Dogs

Starting Friday August 14, Peter the therapy dog will return to the West University Library to listen as children read to him. 2 other dogs may take turns listening to the children occasionally.  From 3:30 until 4:30 PM every other Friday, Peter will be upstairs ready to listen as children read to him for 20 minutes at a time. Children are able to practice reading aloud with a patient, non-judgmental canine companion.
