If you live in the Houston area, come to the Baldwin Boettcher Library to check out our new catalog on the programming offered by the Houston Parks and Recreation Department.

Mother Goose visits our library on Tuesdays.

Come join our Mother Goose lapsit story time.  This story time is presented to babies, birth to 18 months, and their mothers, fathers, and/or caregivers.  The babies are introduced to songs, fingerplays, and board books.  At the close of the story time, the adults are given time to share with each other while the babies play with numerous toys.

Mother Goose Lapsit is a weekly story time on Tuesday, from 10 am until 10:45 am.  Everyone is welcome. Our programs are free!

Hispanic Heritage @ Your Library

September 15th is the start of Hispanic Heritage Month and runs through mid-October. During this time, we honor the independence of the following Latin American countries: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, and Chile with cultural and festive programs.

En las revistas: Vanidades, Glamour y  Cosmopolitan   encontraras consejos parar tener exito con los hombres, con el dinero, con los amigos, con la familia…  Las revistas se prestan por un periodo de dos semanas .
