A gentle 1 hour of light-hearted yoga that will have you saying “ah” when you walk out the door! Sitting, standing, kneeling, and prone yoga poses are performed in the course of this class. Everyone works at their own pace and learns how to incorporate yoga into their daily lives. Come join us and experience a new or renewed sense of well-being and enjoyment. This an adults only class.
Please bring a light blanket or beach towel, bottled water, and yoga mat.
