Book Club, Friday, July 10 @ 2 pm

This month, Crosby Book Club will meet to discuss John Adams.  David McCullough's Pulitzer Prize winning biography of our second president lets us see Adams not as a distant and somewhat mythological figure, but as he really was: a man of courage, stunning integrity, and wit, whose invaluable contributions helped shape a new nation with a unique system of government.  Called "the colossus of independence" by Thomas Jefferson, Adams was surely one of the most interesting and influential Americans who ever lived.  Join us on Friday, July 10th, at 2 pm in the Meeting Room, to talk about this book.
