Free Computer Classes

computerStarting in September, Crosby Branch Library will be offering basic computer classes for adults. Learn about Windows, exploring the Internet, and free, web-based email. Class size is limited to 10 students and registration is required.

Story Time @ the Library

story timeParents, grandparents, and kids come and join the fun every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 am! Tuesdays are geared toward preschool children and feature stories, songs, parachute play and crafts. Thursdays are geared toward the younger set, and feature board books, fingerplays, and toys. Choose one or the other or both depending upon your schedule and your child's interests.

Last Week of Summer Reading Program

marionetteWe will be hosting our final special guest presentation of the summer on Tuesday, August 6th at 10:30am. Jean Kuecher of the Marionette Playhouse will present the story Rumpelstiltskin. You will be enchanted by this lovely interactive puppet show.

The final program for Summer Reading will be Thursday, August 8th, at 10:30 am. It will be a party! There will be stories, songs and lots of prizes and treats for everyone! You will also still have until Saturday, August 17th to log your books to earn reading program incentives.

We will have many colors and patterns of duct tape to choose from and a laptop on hand for additional inspiration via YouTube. Free snacks, too!
