Saturday Afternoon @ the Movies

As part of the annual Gulf Coast Reads initiative, Crosby Branch Library presents Into the Arms of Strangers-Stories of the Kindertransport.  This Academy Award-winning documentary chronicles the British rescue operation which saved 10,000 children from Hitler's genocide.  The film's power lies in vivid first-person accounts told by survivors, rescuers, parents, and foster parents.  Please join us in the Meeting Room for this special event on Saturday, October 15, at 2 pm.
